May 2023 Prayer Newsletter

This is May 2023 Prayer Newsletter. May is declared, as our Month of Great Joy. We have prepared the prayer points specifically for this month. We encourage you to rise by midnight, to make some declarations over May.
We look forward to hearing your testimonies of supernatural protection this month, in the name of Jesus Christ (May prayer newsletter)

Ezra 3:12-13 (KJV) “But many of the priests and Levites and chief of the fathers, [who were] ancient men, that had seen the first house, when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, wept with a loud voice; and many shouted aloud for joy: 13. So that the people could not discern the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people: for the people shouted with a loud shout, and the noise was heard afar off.”

Introduction.

One thing that can be easily identified with God at creation, is His attitude of evaluating and celebrating every progress and the completion of all creation. You would have observed this common phrase in the creation’s narrative, “and God saw that it was good.” This phrase expresses God’s satisfaction and joy, in what was created or completed.

This same attitude is inherent in man; we want to see progress and success in our projects and assignments. Completing a project or building makes us joyful and glad; that’s why completing studies, buildings, or projects is often marked with one kind of ceremony or celebration. Anything that attacks your ability to complete or finish a project stands against your joy and gladness.

You can see how God’s people celebrated after completing God’s temple. There were tears of joy, shouts of joy, voices of weeping, laughter, and rejoicing, because they succeeded in completing the temple. This month, the Lord will give you the grace to complete what He has entrusted into your hands, in Jesus’ name. I see you burst out with great joy, because of accomplishing your goals and projects this month, in Jesus’ name.  To that effect, we are engaging the altar of prayer, to enforce our season of great joy and great achievement, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Points I

  1. Father, we declare and decree, that this month shall be marked with the testimonies of God’s goodness in our families, ministries, businesses, and careers, and we shall go through this month with great joy and gladness, in Jesus’ name, (1 Kings 8:66).
  2. Father, we declare and decree that this month, we shall celebrate with joy, and the Lord shall make us joyful, and turn the heart of men and women in authority to strengthen our hands, and favor our assignments, causes, and projects, in Jesus’ name (Ezra 6:22).
  3. Father, we declare and decree, that our trust shall remain and abide in the Lord, and we shall rejoice throughout this month, shouting for joy, because the Lord shall defend our causes, projects, businesses, and careers, in Jesus’ name (Psalms 5:11)
  4. Father, we declare and decree, that throughout this month, we shall be satisfied on every side, and our mouth shall praise the Lord with joyful lips, in Jesus’ name (Psalms 63:5).
  5. Father, we declare and decree that this month, we shall know and be accustomed to the joyful sound, and we shall walk in the light of Your countenance, in Jesus’ name (Psalms 89:15).
  6. Father, we declare and decree that this month, we shall be clothed with the garments of salvation, and covered with the robe of righteousness, therefore, we shall greatly rejoice in the Lord, and our souls shall be joyful in our God (Isaiah 61:10).

  4. Father, we declare and decree, that we shall rest from our enemies, and this month the Lord shall turn our sorrow to joy, and mourning into a good day, and the days of this month shall be days of celebration and joy, in Jesus’ name (Esther 9:22)
  5. Father, we declare and decree, that the triumphing of the wicked shall be short-lived, and the joy of the enemy shall last but for a moment, in Jesus’ name (Job 20:5)
