(Zechariah 2:5 NABRE) “On that day, this song shall be sung in the land of Judah: “A strong city have we; He sets up victory as our walls and ramparts.”

The Wall of Victory:

The Wall of Victory protect us against defeat and failure from life’s battles and warfare. It ensures no battle is lost and no defeat is experienced. A man surrounded by a wall of victory never becomes a victim or a loser but a victor, a winner, an overcomer, and a conqueror.

Men like David enjoyed the operation of the wall of victory around his life. No record of defeat was found in David’s life; he kept winning from a young age till his old age. Moses likewise had victory in every battle he fought, because the Lord was a wall of victory around His life. When Moses handed over to Joshua, the Lord gave him the promise of no defeat, God told Joshua, “There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” (Joshua 1:5). This prophetic promise established a wall of victory around Joshua, and he never lose any battle as a leader of God’s people.  

When the wall of victory is operational in a man’s life, he enjoys victory over the world, the flesh and Satan, and this is God’s desire for all His children. The wall of victory is fortified through love, faith, and divine direction (Romans 8:37; 1 John 5:4; 2 Corinthians 2:14). God is still in the business of establishing a wall of victory around His people, because He wants to see us winning always. We don’t want to experience any defeat of any kind in 2024. Therefore, we trust God for the wall of victory to be established around us and our family in 2024. Thus, for December, we pray for our wall of victory to abide in strength, and remain unshakable throughout 2024, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Points I

1. Let us appreciate God for December 2023, for His hand of understanding that gave us light and understanding of His word, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Let us begin to commit December 2024 into the hands of God, asking Him to establish the wall of victory around our lives and families all through 2024, in the name of Jesus Christ (Zechariah 2:5)
3. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, the wall of victory shall stand strong and firm around our lives and members of our family, empowering us with strength and courage to confront and conquer the world, the flesh and Satan throughout the year, in Jesus’ name (1 John 5:4)
4. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, the wall of victory shall prevail over every demand and inquisition for blood, and death and destruction shall be swallowed up in victory in every area of our lives, in Jesus’ name (Isaiah 25:8)
5. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, no man shall be able to stand before us all through the days of our lives, and we shall enjoy Your backing, support, and intervention surrounding us with the wall of victory, in Jesus’ name (Joshua 1:5)
6. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, the wall of victory shall excel and overpower every activity of the power of the grave and hell against our lives and family, in Jesus’ name (1 Cor 15:57).

Prayer Points I

1. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, by the operation of the wall of victory, we shall overcome the world and its system through faith in the finished work of Christ, in Jesus’ name (1 John 5:4)
2. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, no temptation from the world, the flesh and Satan shall overtake or overcome us. By the operation of the wall of victory, we shall escape and overcome all deceptions, seduction, and temptation of the enemy, in Jesus’ name (1 Cor 10:12-13)
3. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, we shall abide within the wall of victory, and we shall gain possession of everything ordained for us by the agency of Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, in Jesus’ name (Psalms 144:1-6)
4. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our stories and testimonies of triumph and victory shall be consistent with the operation of the wall of victory around our lives, always leading us in triumph in Christ, in Jesus’ name (2 Cor. 2:14)
5. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, by the operation of the wall of victory, angels shall excel in strength, cutting down the mighty men, leaders, and captains of our enemies in their camp. We declare and prophesy that the enemy shall always return with shame to their camp in every attempt against our lives, in Jesus’ name ( 2 Chronicles 32:20-21)
6. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, there shall be no project, contract, business, vision, dream, or property too strong for us to acquire, win, complete, or accomplish, the Lord shall deliver them into our hands in Jesus’ name (Deu 2:36)
