Prayer Points for June 2024

Deuteronomy 3:5 (WY) “All the cites were strengthened with most high walls, and with gates and bars; without towns unnumberable, that had no walls besides the innumerable towns, that had no walls.”

The Wall of Strength:

The wall of strength safeguards against all forms of weaknesses. The size of the wall reflects the strength of the people within the walls. The children of Israel judged the strength of the children of Anakim by the size of their walls. When they saw impressive walls, they automatically concluded the inhabitants were mighty, and they were correct. They said, “but it hath most strong dwellers, and great cities, and walled (but it hath very strong inhabitants, and great walled cities); we saw there the kindred of (the) Anakim, that is, (of the) giants” (Numbers 13:28).

In Bible times, people understood that building substantial walls required great strength. Moses, for example, was amazed and even scared when he saw the towering walls of the cities of Bashan. The Bible says, “all the cities were strengthened with most high wall” (Deuteronomy 3:1-5). Giants built these walls, and they represent immense strength. Now, think about walls built by the Most High God; they will even be more formidable.

Regardless of a person’s inherent weaknesses, when the Lord is the wall of strength around them, they appear mighty to the world (1 Samuel 15:29). Like Moses was afraid of the people of Bashan and the children of Israel afraid of the children of Anakim, the enemy would be afraid to approach a man surrounded by a wall of strength.

We don’t want to enter 2024 without securing the wall of strength around our lives and families. Thus, for June 2024, we are securing the wall of strength around our lives and families so that our weakness will not become an advantage for the enemies, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Points I

1. Let us appreciate God for June 2023, for His hand of recovery that secured restoration and recovery for us in 2023, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Let us begin to commit June 2024 into the hands of God, asking Him to establish the wall of strength around our lives and families all through 2024, in the name of Jesus Christ (Deuteronomy 3:5)
3. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our wall of strength shall stand strong and firm around us and members of our family, intimidating the enemy, in Jesus’ name (Deuteronomy 3:2)
4. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, with the wall of strength around us, our bow shall abide in strength, and the arms of our hands shall be made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob, in Jesus’ name (Genesis 49:24)
5. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, within Your wall of strength, we shall be led forth through the abundance of Your mercy and guided in Your strength into our prepared place, in Jesus’ name (Exodus 15:13)
6. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, through the operation of the wall of strength, we shall abide in strength for war and victory in our going out and coming in, in Jesus’ name (Joshua 14:11).

Prayer Points II

1. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, the spirit of Delilah shall not succeed against our wall of strength; it shall fail in all its enticement and seduction against our lives, spouses and children, in Jesus’ name (Judges 16:5-6)
2. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our great strength shall not be wasted or squandered on the laps of iniquity, in the name of Jesus Christ (Judg 16:5-6)
3. We declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our horn shall be exalted, and our strength shall increase. The thunder out of heaven shall confront every attempt against our wall of strength, our adversaries shall be broken to pieces, in the name of Jesus Christ (1 Samuel 2:10)
4. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, we shall be girded with strength, and our way shall be made perfect. We shall be girded with strength for battle, and our enemies shall be subdued under us, in the name of Jesus Christ (Psalms 18:32, 39)
5. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, You shall remain our wall of strength, our hearts shall trust in You, and we shall be helped marvellously, filled with great joy and rejoicing with song of praise, in Jesus’ name (Psalms 28:7)
6. We declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our strength shall not dissipate, as we abide within the wall of strength; we shall go from strength to strength, in Jesus’ name (Psalms 84:7)
