Prayer Points for October 2024

Isaiah 60:18 (NKJV) “Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; But you shall call your walls Salvation, And your gates Praise.”

The Wall of Salvation:

The Wall of Salvation shields us from the consequences of sins. It saves us from the curse of the law and makes us the candidate for God’s blessing. This wall guarantees our connection with God and disconnection with the world. After our translation into the kingdom of light, God puts His wall of salvation around us against any attempt to snatch us back into the kingdom of darkness.  

The Bible says, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. “And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. “My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. (John 10:27-29 NKJV).

Every attempt by Pharaoh and his army to recapture the children of Israel after deliverance failed, because God surrounded them with His wall of salvation. They were walled by the pillars of fire by night and the pillars of cloud by day (Exodus 13:21-22). The children of Israel declared after they witnessed the failure of Pharaoh’s attempt on their lives, “The LORD is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God, and I will exalt Him.”

When God is our wall of salvation, it does not matter how often the enemy attacks, or what strategies the enemy deploys against our relationship with God and service in the kingdom, we shall not fall. We trust God for His wall of salvation to abide around us and our family in 2024. Thus, for October, we are praying for our wall of salvation to abide in strength and remain unshakable throughout 2024, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Points I

1. Let us appreciate God for October 2023, for His hand of assistance that gave us unusual testimonies of supernatural help and support in every area of our lives, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Let us begin to commit October 2024 into the hands of God, asking Him to establish the wall of salvation around our lives and families all through 2024, in the name of Jesus Christ (Isaiah 60:18)
3. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our wall of salvation shall stand strong and firm around us and members of our family, giving us victory over every enemy’s attempt to disconnect us from God and His kingdom, in Jesus’ name (John 10:27-29)
4. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, we shall not be afraid; we shall stand still and see God’s wall of salvation accomplishing great victories for us. We declare that the Egyptians we saw in 2023, we shall see again no more forever, in Jesus’ name (Exodus 14:13)
5. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, we shall not need to fight in any battle, but we shall position ourselves for victory by standing still in faith, engaging our weapon of praise, and we shall see God’s wall of salvation prevailing on our behalf, in Jesus’ name (2 Chronicles 20:17)
6. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, we shall be empowered with the shield of salvation through Your wall of salvation, and Your gentleness shall make us great in righteousness, discernment, and wisdom, making us wiser than our enemies, in Jesus’ name (2 Samuel 22:36)

Prayer Points II

1. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, Men and women shall acknowledge that we are the people saved by the Lord, and the Lord shall remain the shield of our help, the wall of our salvation, and the sword of our excellency, and our enemies shall be found as liars, and we shall walk upon their high places, in Jesus’ name (Deuteronomy 33:29)
2. Father, we declare and prophesy that all throughout 2024, we shall not lose the consciousness, that the wall surrounding us and our families is far greater and mightier than the enemies who may surround us, in Jesus’ name (2 Kings 6:16-17)
3. Father, we declare and prophesy throughout 2024, the Lord shall hear us, because it is our year of acceptance, and the Lord shall help us, because it is our year of salvation, and the Lord will make us a covenant mediator to the nations, to rebuild the land and reassign desolate property, in Jesus’ name (Isaiah 49:8)
4. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, every conspiracy and wicked plot of the enemy shall be thwarted by the operation of the wall of salvation, in Jesus’ name (Genesis 37:18-22)
5. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, the blood of Jesus’ our sacrifice shall continually speak salvation and exemption from destruction, disease, disaster, and death in the name of Jesus Christ (Exodus 12:27)
6. We declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, we shall not forget the God of our salvation, and we shall be mindful of the Rock of our stronghold; therefore, we shall not labour in vain, we shall see the fruit of our labour and rejoice in the Lord our God, in Jesus’ name (Isaiah 17:10-11)
