Devotional Thought

Joseph told Pharaoh, it would take seven years of saving to take care of seven years of famine in Egypt. But, Elisha told the king, that the seven years of famine in Samaria would be terminated, within twenty-four hours. Egypt enjoyed the wisdom of God’s strategic management; Samaria experienced the miracle of God’s speed. What took Egypt seven years, took Samaria only twenty-four hours.

 This morning, God is speaking to somebody, who is about to experience God’s supernatural speed, which will mess up human calculation and prediction. Where most men are walking, and others are running, God is about to grant you phenomenal flight, the incredible speed that will overwhelm your contemporary, because it is your season of good speed.

Egypt enjoyed the incredible speed, but Samaria experienced God’s speed. Thank God for great speed, but excellent speed is not enough, where God’s speed is available. I declare, by the authority of God’s word that any situation that has lingered for a while in your life is given a twenty-four-hour ultimatum to turn around, in the name of Jesus Christ.

By this time tomorrow, your miracle shall be finalized. You shall hear God’s news; you shall come back home today, with the song of thanksgiving, in the name of Jesus Christ.
