It is with joy and galdness, that I welcome you to 2022, our appointed season of favour. I sincerely apologize for sending this late. I was offline for an important meeting I could not afford to miss, so kindly bear with me.

The Lord impressed it upon my heart, that 2022 is our appointed season of favour. There is going to be some minor shifts around the globe, but it shall be in the favour of God’s people. God has chosen to do some awesome things among His people. His favour shall compass us around  as with a shield. No matter what is happening around the world this year, there shall be no sound of weeping or cry of distress within your household, in the name of Jesus Christ.

One of key texts for the year is found in 2 Corinthians 6:2 (NIV) “For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.”

Favour and Prayer

Please, observe that the scripture says, “in time of favour I heard you..” This implies, that favour comes with answers to prayer. It then suggests that, while this year is a year of favour, it is also the year of prayer. We shall  leverage of the blessings of favour, through the instrument of prayer. We cannot afford to be prayerless in the season of favour.

Favour and Salvation

Do you also notice, that the scripture says, “…Now is the time of God’s favour, now is the day of salvation” implying, the time of favour is the day of salvation. Salvation is about recovery, redemption, escape, deliverance, rescue. So, the year of favour is the year of recovery, redemption, escape, deliverance and rescue. I prophesy over your life, this year 2022 you shall escape all wickedness, recover from losses, be delivered from every evil work, and be redeemed from all curses in Jesus’ name.
