This is the August 2023 Prayer Newsletter. August is declared as our Month of Fearful Favour. We have prepared the prayer points specifically for this month. We encourage you to rise by midnight, to make some declarations over August. Genesis 39:4 “So Joseph found favour in his sight, and served him; then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he had he put under his authority” (NKJV)
Favor is God’s irresistible presence that marks a man for preferential treatment by others. God’s favor makes room for all other kinds of favor; it precedes favor with man. The Bible says, ‘And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man. Jesus increased in favor with God before He increased in favor with man. Whenever your case requires a favor, don’t make a man’s office or house your first place of appointment. But instead, register your presence at the altar of prayer; get in touch with God at the throne of grace where favor flows.
When you find favor with God, you cannot miss it with men. Doors open for you without knocking, requests are granted before asking, and your promotion is approved sooner than expected. When God’s favor comes upon you, every man will treat you with favor, honor, and dignity.
When Potiphar saw that the Lord was with Joseph, he could do nothing more than favor him. Because if the Lord be for you, who can be against you? The Bible says he made Joseph overseer of his house. Potiphar was acting under the influence of the favor of God upon Joseph. This will be your testimony from this point forward, in Jesus’ name.
Your boss in the office, your lecturer in the school, your supervisor at work, and your business partners in the market shall treat you with favor in the name of Jesus Christ.
The aura of God’s presence shall surround your person; the eye that sees you this month shall bless you, and the ear that hears you shall approve you in the name of Jesus Christ.
