Prayer Points for February 2024

Proverbs 18:11 (NLT) “The rich think of their wealth as a strong defense; they imagine it to be a high wall of safety.”

The Wall of Wealth:

The wall of wealth is also the wall of safety. It protects against lack, poverty, penury, and devouring spirit. The Psalmist lamenting in Psalms 80:12-14 said, “But now, why have you broken down our walls so that all who pass by may steal our fruit? 13. The wild boar from the forest devours it, and the wild animals feed on it. Come back, we beg you, O God of Heaven’s Armies. Look down from heaven and see our plight. Take care of this grapevine.” When the wall of wealth is lacking around a family or an individual’s life and business, the devourer can access their space and devour the fruit of their labour.

Apart from protecting against the devouring spirit, the wall of wealth preserves and provides an enabling environment for wealth creation, prosperity, and productivity (Isaiah 5:1-5). Job was recognised in the scriptures as the greatest of all the men of the East. He has seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yokes of oxen, five hundred she assesses and a great household (Job 1:3). What is the secret to Job’s wealth? We found the answer in Satan’s reply to God’s boasting about Job’s integrity. Satan said, “You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is!” (Job 1:10).

 A man surrounded with a wall of wealth is a man with God’s covering for unstoppable prosperity in all his endeavour. For February 2024, we shall call upon the Lord to establish the wall of wealth around us and all that we will do in 2024, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Points I

1. Let us appreciate the Lord for February 2023 for His hand of acceleration that granted us the supernatural speed of achievement in all our endeavours, in Jesus’ name.
2. Let us begin to commit February 2024 into the hands of the Lord, asking Him to establish the wall of wealth around us, giving us unusual testimonies of wealth and prosperity in 2024, in Jesus’ name (Job 1:3, 10).
3. Father, we declare and prophesy that in 2024, the covenant of wealth shall work for us, and we shall be empowered again to get wealth in the name of Jesus Christ (Deuteronomy 8:18)
4. We declare and prophesy that in 2024, our God, the Giver of every good gift, shall endow us with wealth and good health to enjoy it; sickness and disease shall not penetrate our wall of wealth, in the name of Jesus Christ (Eccl.5:19)
5. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our wall of wealth shall stand strong and stand well, shielding us from the economic crunch and devouring activities of the enemy, in Jesus’ name (Job 1:3, 10).
6. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, men and women You have assigned as walls of wealth around us shall not fail in their assignment, and shall not sell out to the enemy, in the name of Jesus Christ (1 Samuel 25:15-16).

Prayer Points II

1. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, individuals ordained as walls of wealth around our lives and destiny shall not falter, or abuse their purpose, they shall not harm us or steal from us, but shall remain a wall of protection to us and all that belongs to us, in Jesus’ name (1 Samuel 25:15-16).
2. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our walls of wealth shall not be broken, and no devil shall be able to steal or devour the fruit of our labour, in the name of Jesus Christ (Psalms 80:12-13)
3. We declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, the God of Heaven’s armies shall look down from Heaven and take care of every stream of income He has blessed us with, in Jesus’ name (Psalms 80:14-15)
4. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, we shall be empowered by the Holy Spirit to do Your will, and You shall not be angry with us and our household. You shall not renounce Your covenant with us nor throw our crown in the dust. Thus, our walls of wealth shall remain in strength, protecting and defending Your blessings in our lives, and no one shall be able to rob us, and we shall remain in honour among our neighbour, in Jesus’ name (Psalms 89:38-41).
5. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, our confidence and trust shall not be in our wealth, or the wall of wealth, but in You, the builder of all things, in the name of Jesus Christ (Proverb 18:11; Psalms 127:1)
6. Father, we declare and prophesy that throughout 2024, the ministry of Sanballat and Tobiah against our walls of wealth shall be frustrated, in the name of Jesus Christ (Nehemiah 4:7)
